1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of the TeyaGo mobile application and website.

TeyaGo operates as a platform that allows users to:

• search for professionals;

• request quotations;

• exchange messages;

• publish reviews;

• manage projects and complaints.

2. Acceptance

By using TeyaGo, the user acknowledges and fully accepts these Terms.

TeyaGo may update these Terms whenever necessary.

3. User Account

Some features require account creation.

Each account:

• is personal and non-transferable;

• must contain accurate information;

• may be suspended in case of misuse.

4. Platform Operation

Clients may:

• search for service providers;

• publish needs or requests;

• request quotations;

• review services.

Service providers may:

• respond to requests;

• publish services;

• receive reviews;

• promote premium services.

TeyaGo does not participate in agreements or contracts concluded between users.

5. Projects and Complaints

When a project is active:

• parties may communicate;

• track progress;

• open a complaint.

In case of dispute:

• parties should first attempt to resolve the issue directly;

• TeyaGo may act as a facilitator.

TeyaGo does not replace authorities or courts.

6. User Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

• publishing illegal content;

• using false identities;

• publishing false reviews;

• using the platform for fraudulent purposes.

7. Availability

TeyaGo aims to ensure continuous availability; however, interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical reasons.

8. Account Closure

Users may delete their account.

TeyaGo may suspend accounts in case of non-compliance.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Angolan law.

In the event of a dispute, the courts of Luanda shall have jurisdiction.
